I log cleaning when I scrub my floors - on my hands and knees with a scrub brush. The tiles in the house we live in are not sealed so I have to scrub them a few times a month. I end up nasty, sweaty and TIRED! It will usually take a few hours to do this so I log that.

Just wondering if the crust tastes like a "crust" or more like broccoli and cheese? I'm asking because I would love to make this for my husband but he is soooooo picky when it comes to food. Baked tilapia (with lemon juice), green beans, boiled egg white, 1 scoop of protein powder in 1/2 cup of almond milk, and 3 cups of water. YUMMY!!!

I love fresh veg (keep a huge container of cut veg) and PB2. Love it! Boiled eggs - I occasionally eat a whole egg - but I usually eat just the egg whites - low cal (about 17 per egg white). Baked tilapia is also very filling and tasty. Fiber One Protein bars.

I try to juice once a day but I do not replace it with a meal - I do it as a snack. I wouldn't try that juicing cleanse diet that seems to be popular. I do it to make sure I am getting all my veg in and because I like the taste of it. But to each their own.

Can you open your food and exercise diary? Maybe we can help you out if we can see your food and exercise habits. :) I'm not an expert by any means, but I like to help and encourage others when I can :)

I keep Fiber One 80 calorie Fiber Bars and the Protein Bars (130-140 calories) in a basket on the counter. I also like to pop reduced calorie popcorn and put a cup in a few sandwich bags. I also keep veggies pre-cut and ready to eat.

Wow - what foods are you eating? I eat extremely healthy and I still have problems with too much sodium.

A great veg recipe is to saute brussel sprout in chicken broth. Cut them in half and use the low calories and low sodium chicken broth. I just saute them for about 15 minutes and they are sooooo good!

Maybe you should have increased the weight of your dumbbells. I've gone from 3lbs to 5lbs in my first seven days. Maybe that was your problem. You should have tried the most logical thing before commenting that it didn't work.

Oh please try PB2! Two Tbsp = 45 calories! I mix the powder with a Tbsp of Almond Milk or water and I have instant Peanut Butter! - Of course I have to add a Splenda for good measure. For milk, I use unsweetened Almond Milk. They range in calories from 30 to 80 calories a cup. I eat Fiber One (80 calorie) cereal. Sometimes regular Cheerios.
