April 30 Day Abs Of Steel Challenge

So hi everyone!!! Doing a 30 Day Squat Challenge this month, so i thought I'd do a 30 Day Abs Challenge next month.
Was wondering if anyone wanted to join in on the fun in getting a nice toned stomach, beginning the first of April.
Open To Everyone. It consists of 300 abdominal exercises every other day.
For Example :
Day 1 - 300 Abs
Day 2 - Rest
Day 3 - 300 Abs
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 300 Abs
Day 6 - Rest etc
NB: A list of abdominal exercises would be given on respected days.
If interested, please indicate below and I would add you to the group, where you would find the rest of details, be able check in, give & get advice, tips, etc.

Why would you do this and not stuff that actually strengthens your abs, like compounds and full body calisthenics? Seriously, half of these challenges are complete and utter stupidity...
If the exercise program you're already following is structured properly, then adding in these additional "300 abs" workouts will not only be pointless, it would be counterintuitive to seeing results. So my question is, why do these challenges instead of making sure the exercise regimen you already follow is properly structured?0 -
