When I eat crap - I feel like crap. I am always amazed that I have to learn that over and over and over... I know how you feel, it is so frustrating. Persevere, my friend! I'm looking to lose 40ish lbs as well and I am on here everyday. I love reading the success stories and I feel like I am a pretty positive person. Love this! 1. I have beautiful almond shaped eyes. 2. Love, love, love my red hair. 3. Alabaster skin that I work hard to protect. 4. Starting to see some toning in my upper arms! 5. Starting to see that "line" down the middle of your stomach (abs are there!)

It's hard for me too... I love dark chocolate - the kind with 72% or more cocoa. I buy the "good" kind and allow myself one square a day if I have eaten well and have the calories left. It's a small treat, but I look forward to it! I also knit, crochet, scrapbook while watching television in the evenings. It gives my hands…
