Too Much Protein?
I have noticed that I often go over my protein allowance during the day. Usually it is only by a few, but I was wondering if this could be detrimental in the long run... I'm new to "watching" macro or micro nutrients. Thank you!

I was very excited last week when I weighed and found I had lost 1.8 lbs. This week...
