On days that we are not living in the Dust Bowl, I walk a mile or a mile and half in our neighborhood. I've been keeping my calories close to 1,400 per day. I have lost this week :-)

I'd search for yoga stretches for TOM. Some positions help tremendously with cramping and flow. I also recommend chamomille tea and toast. Here's to feeling better soon!

Way to go! I haven't done the workout, but when I realized that I had been able to workout and walk with my daughter and not need my rescue inhaler since May - I did the happy/happy-joy/joy dance! So celebrate that NSV

I have several for August: 1. Let my tendons and ligaments heal. 2. Finish the Color Run on the 25th. 3. Continue to workout 5 days a week even though school starts. 4. Lose 4 lbs!

If it is a small mall, I would allow her to go with her friends and hang out at the mall with frequent check ins. Our mall is little more than an enclosed strip mall and I would be able to keep an eye on her fairly easily (my mother did). If it is a larger mall, then I would say no... Too many crazies out there!

I thought I was the only person in the world that gained summer weight! I think it is from having a lower activity level overall, even with daily gym trips. I always look forward to the return of school if for no other reason than the change in my activity level.:smile:

We have a boutique in town that recommends slimming wraps. All you have to do is grease down and wrap yourself in plastic wrap a few times a week and ta-da you're skinny!
