I know how you feel, I'm running(jogging) my first 5k in September. I plan on wearing a water bottle belt. when i go running now I come home feeling thirsty and I drink 320z of water fast.

So true So true! Some people get caught up with losing weight for others and not themselves. They lose weight to keep people in their lives. No understanding that they are suppose to love you no matter what.

I do infused water(infusion water). It's where you put fruit in your water. For example: I did apple and cinnamon stick. I cut the apple up add the cinnamon stick then fill the jug halfway with ice and finally add water. let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes before you drink it. you can use the same fruit for 3-4 times…
