It's both. The thing about it that most people don't realize is that it actually works your legs really well. You need to push with your legs first and then with your arms. It's a great total body workout, and I use it for cardio. I do weights for muscle building.

My size is very close to yours. Always buy a bra with an underwire. Nordstroms has amazing bras and now I almost exclusively buy from them. Also, 'Linda the Bra Lady' (google it) has great bathing suits and bras in all sizes. I also find that the elliptical, stationary bike and rowing machines are great for exercise…

10/1 - overall went ok. The morning went great.
