If you are in the sun a lot both color or black will fade, sunscreen would be a serious must! Tattoos are very personal, it is your body and you are the one that has to live with it so do what is best for you.

I make skinless chicken breast nuggets instead of wings for that reason. With Super Bowl Sunday aproaching it is important to be snack smart :)

The first 6 weeks I worked out the scale never moved, but I lost a total of 5 inches off my waist. Don't give up and if you are seeing differences that is what is important.

If you must snack stick to fruit and vegis and high protien if possible otherwise just say no. I do have sweets, but I stick to the 3 bite rule (no not the biggest bite you can take) that way I enjoy every bite slowly and savor the moment. Eating before and lots of water is very important also.

It is best to cover the tank so nothing disturbs them, they do get very skiddish and can even turn on each other if threatened. Good luck hope you get babies to grow up :)

Very interesting just went and changed mine to your suggestion, according to the change from what MFP had it was way over on carbs. Now I know why I was having a hard time getting to that number. Thanks Alice

I keep track of both for weight loss as well as health. I am not so worried about how much I weigh as I am about being healthy.

I have found that until you truly want to quit nothing works. I tried for 10 years and failed until I gave up the "I love smoking " excuse and decided I really wanted to quit. Overcoming an addiction is mostly mental, the physical part is short term. Get in the mindset that you will quit and you will. Good luck

I upped my cardio by 15 minutes today and started a new yoga routine. It feels so good to be progressing well in my healthy life journey and love support and suggestions of those on MFP and in this group :)

Never trust the label, I used to work for a clothing distributor and they would change size labels to meet the orders. Small became medium, medium became large, large became medium, mediums became small so never knew what size you were getting.

Positive thinking is the most important thing for me. I no longer think I can't have that, it is I don't want it. The way you think of things makes a big difference. As for snacks in the house I buy my Boyfriend ones I don't like or want :bigsmile:

I have a mirror in my studio that way I can see my alignment, It is very helpful when doing yoga alone. Hopfully someday my little town might get an instructor.

I so agree, my cardio has been much better since I switched to before yoga.
