New and learning
Hi everyone, I just joined and think it is great to share the fun of belly dancing. I am still in the beginner stage and not very good at it. I am using the Shimmy series and still on first dvd. Cardio before or after....
Should you do cardio before or after Yoga? I was doing mine after, but now I do it before and think it is better. I feel warmed up and ready for the stretching and nice and relaxed after my whole routine now. What do you do?
