Coconut flour makes things dry. You are better off using almond flour. If you want it sweet, you can add swerve (25g), cinnamon and vanilla extract.

What are your goals with those supplements? Recognize thay supplementation is largely intended to address a deficiency or enhance athletic performance. I suspect most of what you take is either going to be largely placebo or unnecessary if you have a good diet. Are you a vegan?

For my weight loss periods, i run keto as it satiates me more easily. I enjoy it. The downside is it hurts gym performance but that is a side effect i have to deal with. Just make sure you add enough salt to meals and focus on carb restriction and eating enough protein. Too many focus on getting fat which isn't the intent.…

Finished my refeed/overfeed this weekend since it was my wife's birthday. Back on a cyclical ketogenic diet. 21 days until my next refeed. Might as well start strong. Chocolate chip chaffle, with walden farms chocolate sauce and chop lily's chocolate chips.
