A Highland Cow - A tough Scottish breed that can withstand the north Atlantic gales and horizontal rain. A quiet and friendly temperament although can be dangerous when provoked or protecting it's young. Sounds pretty much like me :tongue:

Can't believe people thought your Giant Shnauzers were from the Terrier group?! Beautiful dogs btw. Staffordshire Bull Terriers and Bull Terriers are a cross of the Terrier and the Bulldog so have characteristics of both breeds. They are not really barkers and prefer to grumble more than bark. They can be head strong so…

I love all the terriers, such fiesty and cheeky characters. My favourite breed though is the Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Such a misunderstood breed but such a lovely, family friendly nature. I have a 7 year old Staffie, Murphy and he is a great dog. Full of personality and such a loyal companion.

I wake up every morning with a staffie lying across my legs, a cat on my pillow and a 3 year old daughter face hugging me. Wouldn't have it any other way :happy:

^^^^Agree. My mum read Brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Anderson to me when I was 5/6 and I plan on doing the same when my daughter reaches that age.
