Ok so lying in bed and moisturizing my dry calves(dry hot air heated home) I feel the back of my thighs, behind the knee tendon/ligament connection and realize that I can feel that underlying muscle body structure vs fat thigh casing. Definitively missing knee fat!!! Only I can notice this but it made me very very happy…

Yes I work in Philadelphia, live in NJ. All the tax did was hurt businesses in the city limits that sold sugar(diet as well)beverages so a lot of ppl also started to food shop outside city. Not a great idea, but....I don't buy soda(diet or reg) while at work-so in some ways the principal works.

Committed to a no booze summer. No beer, no mixed drinks, no wine/champagne. Drinking has never been an issue for me but it is all around me regularly every weekend and we went to parties every single weekend of June as well. It's been H2O or diet beverage only. I feel great about it-no headaches or hangovers the next day.…

Started back on July 14th, down 11.2 lbs and 7.25" overall. I did a local boot camp 2 yrs ago and loved it but couldn't afford to continue after 2 months, I found Fitness Blender while searching online for bootcamp style workout, they're my fav so far.
