My wife is telling what she wants for Christmas. So, we go out and get it no big deal.

I do it to build muscle.

Non Scale Victory. Where you may have lost weight, but the scale does not move. For example, some of your clothes is feeling looser.

I love to eat huevos rancheros. Eggs over easy on top of corn tortillas and top off with salsa, or pico de gallo.

Same here. Been working on my diet and exercise for a two weeks. Lost a little and gain a little. I dont see the numbers on the scale that much, but I feel it wearing my clothes. Don't give up. It will happen.
