I'm noticing areas of my body starting to slim up, and I am so sore!!!!!!! and my abs are sore too. But its frustrating, because my weight is staying pretty much the same. and I think I am experiencing some of that "oh, I exercised so much today, I can totally eat that" syndrome.. lol how about you guys?

I usually workout in the morning, around 8-9ish, it usually works out. I find working out in the evening harder, because you're so tired and stuff like that, but yeah. But I try to get the motivation to do it at like 5am, but I just don't feel that motivated to do that haha. how bout you guys?
