Just saw this on newest groups over in the sidebar. I'm Nicole and I have two children, 5 and 3, and am homeschooling kinder with my 5yo. My husband and I started this journey together, about 9 weeks ago. I'm following the fat2fit podcasts, and we've been following their philosophy. Our weight loss has been slow and…

I agree that you need to eat more. Check out www.fat2fitradio/tools/bmr Their podcasts are very informative as well.

That is awesome!!! Great job!!

Great job!!

I just saw a new post from Oct. 8th. It doesn't look like Jeff is coming back, so Russ is looking for feedback on the future of the podcasts.
-
I also hope that Jeff isn't too ill. :/ I'm listening to all of their old shows right now, but I do look forward to the time they start bringing out more.

We used to feed Innova, but we've recently switched to Nature's Variety natural raw boost which is grain-free. We're testing it to see if he has developed a grain allergy, per our vet's recommendation.

SO many great photos!!! Congrats and good work to everyone!
-
I'd like to know about this as well.

I use some homemade almond "cream" with a packet of Stevia in the Raw. I buy flavored coffee to make up for the loss of flavoring in the creamer.

Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and the stationary bike are my two favorites!

Welcome!! I'm a SAHM to 2 kids, 5 and 3.5. This site certainly does help with becoming healthy! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like!

Wednesday mornings, after I pee, before I get in the shower. I don't think it matters when, as long as you are consistent with the day/time.
-
I just prefer the taste. I make my own and use less water to make creamer for my coffee as well.

We're working on our 5 year old. We made lots of food mistakes with her. Luckily, our son (3.5) has always enjoyed healthier foods. So I have been talking to our daughter about why we need to eat healthier, and she even sat down to watch Forks Over Knives with me. She was mesmerized at the cholesterol coming out of the…

I use my phone app to do that as well. It is strange it can't be done on the web, but maybe they're working on it. :)

My husband and I are. He doesn't do friends or the forums though, just calorie logging. I started on here a few years ago, left, and came back when he was also serious about getting healthy. He's worse than I am about logging his calories now. LOL!! We've been doing it 3.5 weeks so far and he's down 11lbs., and I'm down 8.…

Thanks! I got ousted from the ESPN league, but I prefer Yahoo anyhow. :) Looking forward to the draft tomorrow!
-
I wondered what her big announcement on the Today show was going to be. I'm excited! I hope they keep Dolvett too, but he's doing another show right now with Nick Lachey so we'll see.
-
One spot left. Who will be team 14? :) I agree the draft should be moved to tomorrow. Also, how long do the ESPN drafts last? I had my Yahoo league draft (8 teams) last night and we took 45 minutes. I've heard others can take as long as 3-4 hours.
-
Yes, it's possible. You have about 29 weeks, so that's a tad less than two pounds per week.
-
Heather, just throw that babe up on your back, or on your front. Who needs a stroller? ;) I used to wear both of mine around, and it makes for good exercise.
-
UnicornPug-Is that your dog? We have a pug too, but he only wears a Pats jersey a friend of ours bought him. LOL!
-
There are three more slots open. I just signed up: Tink's Titans. I'm a lifelong Bills fan though. :) Draft is Wednesday at 8pm EDT.
-
Nice!! Who did you get? My draft is tonight.
-
Thanks, I will. I think she only plans to stay for four years. She joined for the GI bill. She'd like to go to culinary school and open a bakery one day.
-
Hahaha!! I'm 50 lbs. heavier than it says on my license. I wish we had just height! LOL!
-
This is what i just did as well. Thanks for sharing!

Hi everyone!! I'm also in the "heavier now than while I was pregnant" boat. P2dLo-Which branch of military are you in? My sister just finished Navy boot camp. Heather-My two self weaned at 16 and 18 months. I remember gaining more weight then too with DS. I was already 4 months pregnant when DD did so I was expecting to…
