I'm trying this. I printed out the info from the website this week. I don't know if I should do that or do what I was doing, which is walk 2-3 laps (1/4 mile each lap) then jog one, then walk etc. The C25K seems to be a lot to remember so I'm thinking I should just wing it. Not sure what might be better.

I understand the frustration. For me I've lost in my chest mainly, fractions of an inch in my waist, arms, legs - but nothing in my abdomen! Hopefully that will come later. :flowerforyou:

I'm trying to lose average of 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. I'm at 195 now so to be 170 or less by Christmas would be awesome! That would mean I would no longer be in the "obese" category on the dreaded BMI chart! :glasses:

I don't know - I'm wanting to start this but I'm now doing personal training 2 days a week, which includes strength training and I don't know if doing the 30 day shred everyday would hurt my muscles more than they are right now. I'll be interested to see all your responses!

Not sure myself, because some doctors put people on diets that's below 1200 calories so to flat out deny someone's request because of the amount of calories to me is crazy. However, someone who is pushing their agenda, whether it be some starvation diet or new shake you can only buy online or only eating "clean" and…

With your weight a more realistic goal would be 1 pound a week unless you're under the advise of a doctor. Two is the most anyone should lose without specific guidance from a doctor. I don't know if 25 by Dec 1st is reasonable but half of that is definitely reasonable! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!! :flowerforyou:

I've heard this too. I have extremely heavy cycles (low iron and energy too) so that's the main reason why the doctor suggested this for me. Not sure if the benefits will outweigh any possible consequences.

The doctor has suggested I have a hysterectomy, leaving my overies, which scares me for this reason. Interested in hearing responses so I can figure out what is best for me. I hope you get some good responses!!! :flowerforyou:

First of all, congrats on your weight loss! Very encouraging! I just am wondering why you feel the lack of dairy products helps you? I use Greek yogurt and low fat cheese and wondered what you saw in your journey that made you limit your dairy intake. Thank you in advance! :smile:
