When you up your calories, are you also eating back your exercise calories? I'm at 1200 calories a day and burn like 300-500 calories a day 6x per week with my workouts. I try for 6 days a week. 2 days with my trainer. Heavy weight lifting. The other 4 days I do about 40 minutes of cardio, 4 sets of 30 lunges (working on building my bootie) and some ab work.

Yup, 10 pounds and 2 cup sizes in 5 weeks. I wish it would come off of other areas just as quick.
