1 - in the beginning I lost about 2-3 lbs in a week, but I had a lot to lose. Now I'm losing 1-2 lbs in a week. My kids used to like my cooking. :( I'm constantly putting myself in danger by running on slippery/uneven surfaces.

MFP is set at 1200, so if I go over, I'm maintaining not gaining. And it's ok,

I go to bed. And if I want to stay up, I brush my teeth. It helps somehow.
