Hi, If it helps, I averaged around 15 minute miles during a hilly ultra-run on Saturday and this reckoned I burned 5,200 calories in 10.5 hours, therefore meaning about 495 calories per hour - or in your case, approximately 313 calories per run. That's a VERY rough estimate but hopefully it helps a little? Al
