Being apart of MFP means that you have the most supportive friends in the world. Of your friends don't support you, it's because they are envious that you are doing something they can not do. Losing weight is the best feeling, keep going. Haters gone hate! You just keep doing your thang!!!! Haha

I agree. I weigh myself every morning, but I only log once a week. That way I know what foods and excercise May or may not be working!

I am deffinetly getting adiquite nutrition as I prepare every thing I eat from scratch, and have been having regular bloody tests to make sure I am not lacking. I think the peanut butter trick is a great idea.

I have been eating 1200 calories a day for 6 months and have lost 16.5kgs as of this morning. Thanks, I think I'm doing pretty well. My goal weight is 80kg I know that would still make me overweight according to my BMI, but I feel that, 80kgs is an acheivable weight considering how far I have come!
