Not reaching 1200 calories, is it ok.
Ok so I have been dieting for 6 months eating 1200 calories a day. I have noticed lately that I am not quite teaching 1200 calories. The food I eat is very nutritious and a little bit from every food group. I just find a couple of times a week I am falling 50-100 calories under. Is this still ok? I am still losing weight…

Does the time of day we eat affect our weight?
So, I am 25, 170cm and weigh 88kg. I am down from 112 last July when I had my first child!! I have lost 24kgs and counting, and I am actually starting to become fit!
