For a bit of fun and motivation. Post like this (just like reddit): sex/age/height [starting weight > weight now = total loss] (time)

5'3, 45 y/o, female. I am a very slooooow loser and it't taken me about 2 years to lose 67 pounds. I guess slow is better than nothing at all, lol.
ETA: age! I guess age does make it harder to lose weight by looking at the age of the person above who dropped around the same weight in much less time. :grumble:0 -

Cant remember the order but 60 years 6 feet tall lost 50 lbs in one year gained back 10 no big deal that not trying to do anything different still maintaining the logging and enjoying it. Good luck to all.0

Haha! I'm sorry! But you're so right! Slow is much better than nothing at all. And I'm just totally impressed by every single person who manages to lose a substantial amount of weight. It absolutely isn't easy.0 -
