  • I would say you probably have gained muscle and lost fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, so the scale might not move or could even potentially show gain. I would say care more about the inches you've lost rather than the number on the scale!
  • I agree with this. I try to plan my meals ahead of time as much as possible, then stick to what I log. If I can't plan ahead of time, I log immediately afterward.
