Thank you for the reply. I plan to lose slow and steady as I said its the home stretch. I guess i should of provided a background that I started at 312 lbs and have been calorie counting for 3 years. So I am in no rush to lose the last 9, just wanted someone to double check my calories to make sure I am actually eating at…

I have done that in the past. But found other calculators give me less calories so I figured the opposite, that MFP was over estimating. Thank you for the input!

Thank you for the advice!! I'll keep plugging away! Thank you! Sometimes its hard because it all came off quicker when there was more to lose! I definitely need to work on my patience! :)

I dont see my endocrinologist until February. My labs are checked every 3 months and my tsh is still within normal limits. I have not taken a diet break but that sounds amazing, I've been feeling overwhelmed as my daily calories have dwindled the more I lose the less im able to eat. I'll look into that, thank you!!

Thank you so much!! I am still weighing everything everyday. Im eating all of my exercise calories back, usually its only 120 to 150 calories. I track my water threw bottles, 4 16.9 oz a day, it only totals to 67.6 oz maybe that isnt enough? And I recalculated the other day! :) Thank you so much for the advice!!

I'm sorry to hear about your health issues, that is good you found you could lose with eating more and im definitely going to try that, its more food, and if it works, it a win-win…

Even before my dieting, about a year ago I wasn't having a period for months at a time (around 3) Needed the pill to even out, but other health issues came up, chronic migraines my doctor pinned on the pill so i had to stop taking it. And now that im dieting i feel its making my period go back out of wack! If anything i…

I do drink water, more than 8 cups a day, i just don't have the time to sit around and track it. I eat meat atleast once a day, fish, chicken, or beef, which is usually my dinner. When i don't log i don't know what the calories for it are so i just leave it. But yes i do skip logs, especially recently, my past entries have…
