I don't like water either. Never did. To me to drink what theys say, I have to schedule it and take it like medicine. So I drink decafienated tea and count 1/2 as water. I think that is what WW said to do.

On a more serious note, some people have illnesses like crohns, UC or IBS and they just can't help themselves. It is either let it go or suffer terribley

I try not to eat my exercise calories, but it is nice to know they are there if you need them. Of course this is only my 4th day!! LOL
