I love kettlebells. We use them at bootcamp. I've seen the kettleworx infomercial, but not sure you need all that (unless someone else out there has tried it?!). I would just look for some instruction online (maybe youtube?) and buy the one piece of equipment at a sporting goods store - this is just my opinion, of course!

Log calories throughout the day. I log onto MFP at work to track breakfast and lunch. That way I dont have to remember what I ate when I get home. Also helps me to plan what I can have for dinner and snack and stay on track for the day.

I agree that the estimates provided are high. My stationery bike shows a much lower calorie burn count than what MFP shows for same length of workout. That said, the tools provided here are very, very helpful!
