I think your back is more straighten up than before.

I did tried do the kippings in Jared's WOD. It does made the pull ups much easier and faster. However, the strict pull ups is still a hell work out. I'm weak in that thing.
-
The blame is placed against FDA and customers of those products (they want foods at very low cost).

YES!!!!
-
Is that kinda of cheating? Why didn't CF ban it? I understand why they want to do that because it moves the pull-ups faster. I rather to do the hardest way instead of having the high #s of reps.
-
I don't like kipping. Strict pull up is harder than kipping, right?

Have you done a power snatch and a power clean and jerk? Are you being a smart-mouth? The reality is that a gym isn't a brothel business, unless it is a brothel gym; therefore take your suggestive clothes to some where else. You know what I am talking about, unless you are really an adulterous (player) guy. Take your own…

Bulletproof coffee. No sugar. 18oz of organic italian roasted coffee brewed into a french press. Move the coffee into a blender machine. Blend it with 1.5 TBSP of Kerrygold unsalted butter, and 1 TBSP of MCT oil. It will keep you going for 8 hours! It will help you to lose your weight because it breakdown your fats.

Grunting and dropping weights in the gym is very normal thing. If you don't like to hear something like that then I'd suggest you to leave the gym or plug your ears. Please watch several of the Olympics lifting: they drops their barbells as it was a normal routine. If you don't agree with it then you must be really naive…

Got enough sodium? Check Doing Crossfit's WODs? Check Eat Paleo/Primal? Check Drank lots of water? Check I'm all good! In fact my muscle grew big and my #s are jumping.

I usually eat this after finishing a WOD: 2 canned of Bear & Wolf - Premium Skinless Boneless Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon (zero carbs, 78 g of proteins, 1,320 g of sodium). You could get it from costco. I believe it is 5 for $10ish. I don't like to take whey protein or some crazy chemicals into my body. I eat paleo/primal and…

Maybe this would help: Take some of coffee out from a blender into your mug and take your time to finish the coffee in your mug. When you want to get more coffee then you'll just need to press "blend" to blend the coffee and oil and then pour it into your mug.

Beef jerky and soup can be dangerous when you go out camping. It contains very high amount of sodium which it could cause the dehydration; that could kill you if you couldn't find a source of water to supply your body. If you could supply yourself with a water then go for it. I won't do that.

Fasting isn't good for the crossfitters.

I love camping because it prepares me to live off the grid; if it is necessary. I will only bring a parachute, ax, few matches, 8 inch iron pan, knife, portable water filter, and ropes to go to a camping. One set of clothes. If necessary to have a gun for bears and crazy meth-heads. To be honest, you will need to have a…

I usually said something like that, "Are you ready to hear my answer and be amazed?" Them:"Yes, please?" Me:"Okay, I eat bacons and all those nasty fats everyday. I don't eat carbs such as grains, sugars, and processed foods because they are silent killers. 80% of what you eat will have the impact on your body. Now is it…

16 oz of coffee into a french press, pour the coffee into a blender, 1 TB of MCT Oil and 1 TB or 2 TB of Kerrygold unsalted butter into a blender and blend it. Pour the coffee into a mug and then spice it up with the cinnamon. Delicious!

To have a desire to run in a X distance will motivate you to finish it. I used to run 3-6 miles every other days. I don't do that anymore and I have switched to crossfit. You don't need to carry a TV, computer, book, piano, etc with you while you are running. You just need to have the mentality to finish the run, desire to…

They have but they are skinless and boneless. Yuck.

Same.

There we go! My new goal for next few months, do this: The Burpee Mile: Cover a mile distance with just the jumps from your burpees (taking a step forward is cheating). According to message boards for CrossFit — whose followers actually attempt this — it requires around 700 burpees and well over an hour to complete even…

<Average 3k sodium daily. No problem.
-
You could eat some leftovers from your supper. It's nothing wrong with that.
-
I love burpees!!! I usually jump higher than average during the burpees. Repeat after me: I LOVE BURPEES!!

Follow the crossfit.com and very vigor effort in the swimming, running, and rowing 2 to 3 times a week.

You might want to cut back your sugar slowly or you will quit easily. The sugar is the driving crave for the carbs. So first cut back the sugars and then carbs. I encourage you to eat bacons more than usually while you are trying to cut the carbs, it helps you to love paleo more than what you used to eat.

55% Fat, 35% Protein, and 10% carb. Trying to reach 1,800 calories range. Every week I am breaking my previous max weights by doing this. The secret to grow the strength is to have 8-9 hours of sleep plus paleo nurtient.

Exactly.

I won't want to eat them because most of them are made from GMO and chemical loaded cows.
