I did about 50 push ups yesterday for fun and today my arms are sore as heck LOL I'm building up to eventually one day do handstand push ups.. one can dream :sad: :laugh:

Stop having cheat days, log your food as you eat it and instead have cheat meals - one meal every weekend where you can have whatever you like.

You say you used to overeat compulsively; it could be possible that your stomach is anticipating more food as it has grown to compensate for your formerly large portions. If so, your stomach should shrink back to normal soon.

This is the place to talk about these things! Where I'm based for my uni project only has junk food machines so I always bring sandwiches and an apple - you could try that? Keep things simple, as FixingMe13 said even ten minutes a day is something!
