The comments referring to dogs are a bit harsh. I thought we were all supposed to support each other not put people down. I treat myself once or twice a week but never anymore than that.

I'm 5ft 7" and currently around the 90kg mark, I'm looking to get myself down to around the 75kg mark and then assess the situation again as regards my BMI, BF% and my over-all health and see what my next goal should be.

Not on any meds. Unfortunately, I have a lot to lose. I have cut my portion sizes way down. If I'm feeling particular hungry I just load up on veg. I used to eat quite a lot of bread with soup so I've cut that out and try to have only one portion of carbs a day like brown rice or brown pasta but most days I don't have any…
