I've only been running (jogging) for 6 weeks and I've lost 6 pounds. I've also been counting my calories and I Zumba once a week. Although I've only lost 6 pounds (10 more to go to reach my goal weight), I lost 21% of my body fat (went from 36% to 29%) in these six weeks. To me that says a lot more than just losing pounds.…
