Hi, all, just started keto diet. Would love to friend you. I have been suffering what seems to be keto flu. Feeling so weird most of the time and can’t wait for the end of it... supposedly ketosis will set in then. Thanks for starting the conversation. Samer

@dennie24 how was your experience with it? things that worked or did not work? it seems the doctor thinks i better take 6 weeks off running at least :( i am really bummed about it.

Have been running minimally in the past couple of weeks because of pain in my foot. Just got myself to go to a doctor and he confirmed a stress fracture :( No running for six weeks. Cancel plan to run my first HM :( Challenge is to keep doing something active so I don't just deteriorate!
