Starting week 6 Wednesday. I was surprised I could run the full 20 of W5D3 non-stop. It was slow, but I did it! Goodluck everyone :)

I am doing Week 5, Day 3 today as well. I am really nervous, but last night I just signed up for my first ever 5k in November! Today will be some great motivation and I can really see what I need to improve.

I was eating a lot of GMO's w/o realizing it because I was eating a lot of processed vegetarian food. I've found some good GMO free replacements and I noticed I'm not as bloated and my digestion seems to be back to normal.

Congrats on starting week 5! On Tuesday I will be doing week 5 day 3 and you are right about being nervous. Today I felt like I could have done the full 20, so I am excited to see how far I get. Best of luck on finishing!

Cool Mint Chocolate and Black Cherry Almond are great flavors. Honestly, I haven't tried a flavor I didn't like! The Luna bars are great too.

I do some light yoga to relieve the cramping, but aside from that I don't work out much during that time b/c it is just too painful. Yoga seems to be the only thing that has helped so far.
