Bag of kale. What to do?!
I have a huge bag of kale I tried to juice and it didn't turn out very well. I've never cooked with it, but I'll take any ideas to try to use this stuff up before it goes bad!

BLISTERS!

First 5k!
My first 5k was this past Saturday and l finished in a time of 38 minutes flat. My times earlier this month were around 36 minutes, but I finished under 40 so I am ok with that! And I think I layered too much, or maybe just in the wrong order because while running I had to take off my tech shirt which was under my tshirt.…

5k to 10k
Tomorrow will be my last day of C25K and I am going back on forth if I should jump right into the 5k to 10k app or wait until after my 5k in November? By no means am I going to stop running, but just not sure if I should go right into the 10k app. Any suggestions?

Running with or without music
Yesterday was my first day running without music, W9D1. I forgot my headphones so I just turned my ap on and checked it every once in a while.
