Ooo yea I forgot my son learned alot of the basic sign language from baby Einstein learning to sign DVD and there's also a series of DVDs called signing time where she sing kids songs and signs them out lol I'm always singing the songs myself lol

I never brought can or boxed food for my son. Well as seem to be my pattern I got down to 174 whoo whooo and saw it for a couple days but then TOM is here and it has jumped to 178 BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 178 this week

hello my lovelies Got down to 177 this week then ate like crazy Sunday ( I do this every week sunday is usually my rest day and i seem to not be able to control myself on those days) but today woke up and 178 flat with TOM I'm okay with that ;-) Hope everyone is doing awesome!

i wont say it's impossible to burn that much using turbo fire (i don't know about turbo jam) but you REALLY have to be moving and grooving to burn that many calories in that time frame. Everyone's body is different, it's best to invest in a HRM or put the calories burned to 450 or lower for the time frame.
