SInce I started lifting my period has been acting crazy also. Mine went from every 26 days like clockwork lasting 6 to 7 days (not on the pill) to being 4 days late and only 4 days. I believe I read that the diet might be too low for the exercise your doing.

I've never cried but have gotten really depressed after a workout or two, I believe it was either turbo fire or insanity. If i can remember right it had something to do with food (not enough enough or right before a workout, I really can't remember). But it could also be your coming off the workout high ;-/

I don't want to sound too harsh this is meant to be encouragement. Losing 3lbs in 3 weeks is AWESOME! You're not on the biggest loser and you don't look obese so this is exceptional. There are TONs of exercises that work your tummy without doing crunches or sit-ups. Standing or planking mountain climbers, planks, just twisting from side to side, reptile push up (planking but going into a push up while bringing one knee towards your chest). I don't know what my highest weight was because when i worked the nerve to get on the scale after i had been already been working out and dieting for a while i was 204 so i guess i was in my 220 to 230s at highest. so noo your not alone!
