I use to camera on my computer. It's stable, always in the same place, takes great pic, I can see what I look like as I'm taking it, and it has a 3 second delay

The projects are true if you eat the same (as the day your looking at) everyday for 5 weeks. Because we seem to vary from day to day with our calories intake you might be higher or lower in 5 weeks

Same is happening to me. i measure every week and nothing is changing but i'm losing weight. Don't know the answer just wanted to let you know your not alone ;-)

banana or half a bag of yoplait mixed berry smoothie. I sometimes even add GNC super fiber in it. But just realized this morning (because funds were low and I was almost 2 weeks late getting my current shipment) I had not problem in that department. And now i'm back on it and nada :-(

I like it alot because it show you the whole day of calories burned not just y our exercises. It gives you a greater view of what you need to do (try to walk more, try to push it harder on your workouts) I really like it. But you might want to check out body media also it is basically the same thing but less money
