I try to get some in during the day, but it's tough to squeeze in sometimes. I work 7am-5pm with only a 30 min lunch. I Try to get a few minutes of walking in when I can. Trying is better than not doing it though. I know once it becomes routine, I'll look forward to it.

5'1" and about 155. Looking to be between 120-130 by February. Tired of my clothes not fitting or getting something I think is cute then seeing it in pictures and looking HUGE!

I guess I just get bored with leftovers. Also, they aren't always the healthiest. Cooking for a family of 5, we still throw in pasta dishes or calzones to keep the kids happy once in a while. Thanks for the good ideas! I'll start planning and prepping.

My go-to snacks are; hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks, Greek yogurt, carrots & hummus.
