Measure that food. Be honest about what you’re eating (small snacks count), measure and count what you cook with…oils/spray oil. And don’t forget to cut yourself some slack! 36 lbs…..Holy *kitten*, lady CONGRATULATIONS 🎆

Sweets and Sweats….I know all about that! Friend me. I’m funny and try to be motivational. I lost my weight, then lost my mind. Should have continued logging, but got married and ate dessert daily….back at it to change my food relationship.

Make sure you do some chest strengthening along the way! I lose in face and chest first. Abs last 🙄 It’s worth it….keep it up. 🤗

I feel like it takes longer to see results every time I have to go into deficits. Just keep going….you can do this!

Egg white and asparagus. 170. I bake 1/4c white with two stalks, in a muffin pan. Sub any veggie, eat 2!

Friend me! I can tell you that my first step is a weight loss between 27-37. Consistency in eating and exercising, for strength build. I binge, so wrapping that up would be helpful. If I use my diary, I’m less likely/

In terms of harm reduction, I would stick with a diet soda. There are a few healthier lines out now...I have a preference for Splenda flavored colas. But do what makes you, you. It’s not always a game or restriction.

Kbgoals 2020 you are doing such a good job! I would like to weigh only once a week. I tend to get crazy about it. My Sunday weight was 217. Better then previous 219. 🤷🏻♀️ And I skipped ice cream today. Big step in a weekend. Big step.

Target has good options. They are not all the same but the medium support do they trick for me, in between B/C cup.
