Slowly lowering your caffeine could bring relief to your compulsive habits and anxiety. Worth some consideration!

I feel like I’m just coming out of my winter blues and it effing sucks. Every year…. When I put my weight back on, I saw it coming and just full steamed into it. We are with you!!!! I hope this month is positive. And I wish you no plateau! 🙏🏼 ❤️

Just wait! Your results are lagging. It’ll happen, if you are working out and in deficit. Your body will fight it, but it will come. It’s in a surprised state right now….

I am a weekly weigh in. I can’t handle the daily observation. Please note, most of the time, my scale is 2-4 weeks behind in progress than I feel! Frustrating…

I have found the following to help break a plateau: 1. Change in exercise type and/or routine. 2. Change in macros. 3. A change in fasting hours and/or calorie alternate days (800 3 days per week/1600 4 days, or what works with your count) 4. Take a break from the scale. Hope you break through soon!

I have been on insulin since 1984, which tells your body to store fat. I can’t quit taking it, but I do utilize it best with lower carb and exercise. It’s just another barrier to wake up and make a decision about. I get depressed in winter, clinically. That lack of motivation is a damn beast!!!! It’s so hard to pull away…

Some of the injectables they have for type 2 can be helpful.

I’m so happy for you! It’s funny how we almost quit before it happens, right. Cheers!

Way to go, Rosy! You look like you feel amazing!

Have you considered 12 step help? OA/Overeaters anonymous. You would be AMAZED at how empowering it is to get help from folks that actually know what it’s like to be addicted to food patterns.

7-9, for me.

Kava tea is helpful

I am also completely intolerant of the time change. Bought a Phillips daylight alarm and it is amazingly helpful!

I have BED and it sucks to deal with. If you don’t think you are moving in the right direction with your therapist, definitely bring it up. Keep in mind that it really isn’t about food. You have to look at why you eat when your body doesn’t need it. Behavior change for the food piece comes with making a decision. And…

I'd be interested in trying these if you're able to share the measurements of each ingredient. Or a link to the recipe? Thanks in advance! [/quote] I made it up. Just a 1:1 sub…faux sugar:real, applesauce:butter, prepared PB2:PB. The only other ingredients were the oats, cocoa, and vanilla. I also thought of a brownie…

This week, I made a no bake cookie using powdered PB, applesauce, and sub sugar alcohols for sugar. Add some coconut with the oats and it really taste like Heaven. Good rare snack. I regularly ate oat cookies, made with applesauce, banana and sprinkled with faux brown sugar. Bake at 350*. They are chewy and healthy enough…

Insight timer helps me, so much! I, too, am just getting back into practice.

I live in Michigan, and have this every year. I have added a happy lamp, 30 minutes every morning with my coffee. I take Vitamin D3. Some years, I use a tanning facility 2 times a week. This is a game changer, but I hate the skin cancer connection. This year, I added 5 HTP. It works like an anti depressant….but it is…

I am just tired of not being able to find work pants! Come the *kitten* on, folks. Either they are not selling over 12, or I can’t get customer support in the “plus” aisle. I am tired of it.

They say “abs are made in the kitchen”. I hate them for being right. 🙄

90’s Hip hop or Metallica.

I just fit it in to the daily calorie. Mediterranean lunch plus chocolate is a decent calorie exchange.

Great Job!

I think you’re doing great. Boot in the bum: Just keep going.
-
It sounds like you’re losing at a good pace. Some folks claim plates. For me, it takes patience and lots of water

It won’t last. I also had this phase. Now I only have it if I eat over some days, which is never worth it!

Get a runners belt, in lieu of pockets. Worth it. My fav long sleeves are Columbia or Eddie Bauer. They last through the vigorous washings.

Chicken or eggs Egg whites! Cook in a muffin pan with veggies for breakfast
