ISO Added Fruit Meals!
I am really good with veggies, but shy away from fruit. Mainly because of carbs (I’m type 1...fruit hits hard), but have decided to add them in for a month and see how it goes. I dislike smoothies, but added a mandarin to my salad yesterday and LOVED it. Anyone have any good recipes? Aside from fruit pizza ☺️🤣

Beginning Juice
I started juicing a couple weeks back. So far, once a day, generally a mix of kale, carrot, another green, apple and ginger. For those that juice, do you count this as a meal, or add it to? Needing coffee creamer suggestions...
...for on the go living! I am satisfied with skim milk in the house, but find it impossible to not blow calories at gas station coffee fill ups. Any ideas/alternatives appreciated. Especially with a hint of vanilla, and budget friendly ;)

Weight down, calorie goal up?
Hi fellow mfp users! :) I have lost 20lbs (feeling good too!). I have been recalculating every other week, and was down to 1360. However, with these last few pounds, I was bumped back up over 1400....What do you think of this? I like it....but not if it will set me back. These are calorie goals before excercise too. Thanks…
