I definitely find comfort in a diet soda, especially fountain pop...something about that fizz. It's on my list of things to work on. I'm not the cold turkey on everything, all at once type. But I think when it goes...it has to go for good...there's no moderation with soda and myself.

I would be happy to join in! Was just going to make a post looking for support. I just changed my goals to lose another 10-15, and excercise is my biggest lack. I also excercise from home, because I have two children to watch out for. I have lost the last five quite slow, and want to start counting/get active.

Yes! Exactly....trying to fill a void. I'm there, and mine started with the holiday foods as well. I still ate at a deficit, but have been surviving off of cookies for 2 1/2 months (it feels like this at least). No workouts, no "real" calorie counts, and no accountability....my body feels like crap. And the further it…
