I had blood transfusion into my system since i was anemic and I think my 2lbs gain was due to the blood transfusion.

Mine are my hips click. It doesn't hurt. I went to see doctor a looooong time ago, doctor doesn't know why. Someone said. To build the muscle. What kind of hip muscles can I build?

You are right. Those were my regular intake of water before the increase of protein, fiber, & exercise. Yep, I need to increase my water intake now.
