yes there are naturally thin people, they are the ectomorphs of the world. we all fit into one of three general categories. ectomorphs are naturally thin and have a hard time gaining weight. like what was already stated, eat at least 1 gram per pound of lean body weight, there are calculators all over the internet to help you determine what your lean body weight is, also don't take in more protein on just lifting days, make it a consistent everyday thing.

currently unable to shake a cold and it's driving me crazy that i can't, i never get sick, but this one got me and won't let go
