Definitely the one with your own bathroom..... Communal bathrooms are stinky and you'd have to waslk to get there.

I like oxygen, women's health, sometimes I buy the mag aimed at men and women - cant remember what its called though! I cut out the recipes and workouts from them, plus I like the articles :-)

If i'm not drinking alcohol I usually just have a sparkling water. If I am drinking then I'll have a citrus vodka with water, ice and lemon or rasberry vodka with fizzy water, ice and lemon, so yummy and low cal/low sugar too ;-)

I used to feel exactly the same way! To target this, I started going to the gym at the same time everyday so I started seeing the same people and felt less nervous. I also used to watch people to see what they were doing (and to see the correct way of doing it), that helped me feel more confident to lift or do the exercise…

I'm a vegetarian and have been since 2005, mainly because I don't like the taste of meat and I found I was eating all the 'wrong' types of meat e.g. fast food! Gross. I really don't like cooking or touching meat but feel I should sometimes for my boyfriend - it's not fair for him that I always make veggie food as he loves…

This happened to me when I was training for a marathon, I started wearing knee supports, got new + more padded trainers, wore thicker socks, used a foam roller on my legs (videos on youtube show you the exercises) and also lifted weights to strengthen the muscles in my legs, all of this helped me, although the pain never…

I had them for about a month but found it was too easy to order the chocolate and overly sugary ones so I quit it, I think if you only have the really healthy one's then its ok. They tasted really good but I didn't think all of them were that healthy....

I wear an underwire bra but kind of a sports-looking one (racerback and front fastening) and then a really tight sports bra over the top of that but my boobs aren't as big as yours! Hope you find something that works for you :smile:

I try not to drink alcohol but when I do I always go for citrus vodka, ice, water and a slice of lemon, amazing and low cal too. Or a light beer but its rare to find light beer in bars in the UK :mad:

My Fav water ideas: - water with cucumber and ice - sparkling water with a tiny drop of apple juice, slice of lime and ice (fresh mint tastes amazing with it if you have any) - water with ice and chopped up strawberries - bobble water bottle makes water taste amazing (google it) Good luck! :smile:
