  • Logging my food has been the seatbelt to keep me on the wagon. It has been a great learning tool and really helped me change the way I eat without ruining mealtime.
  • I've only been here for two weeks, but I can now tie my shoes AND breath at the same time! It's the little things. And I noticed that my button down shirts are not quite as tight. That being said, my measurements didn't change. But, I KNOW I'm shrinking! :bigsmile:
