haha if BMI was an accurate measure of health, this would be considered unhealthy. I'm 5'4 and 155 pounds here which is actually considered obese. But I feel and I think I look great

I'm 20 years old, 5'4, 152 pounds, trying to get to 125 pounds. I do strength training 3-4 times a week and cardio 2-3 times. Twins, add me :)

I use a HRM so im hoping its accurate :) but yeah, i think i could probably eat a couple hundred more calories

its all logged each day. i dont exercise every day -- usually about every other day, but its all logged. Thanks for the advice everyone :)

okay no need to be like that. usually when i eat less i dont exercise those days or i exercise less. but thanks for assuming thats my everyday intake :)

i definitely like them but i limit my consumption. i prefer Quest Bars. they are 160-220 calories, usually 20 g protein and about 17ish grams of fiber. and they taste amaaaazing

i drink a protein shake only on days when i work out because you need more on those days. its best to drink it within 30 min of ending your workout. I dont use them to replace meals, more of a snack and then i eat after im done

i get a supermarket brand of whey protein which is 110 calories for 20 grams of protein. not bad :)

drink a lot of water, fills you up. or you can try brushing your teeth or just having a small snack like greek yogurt, fruit, or some vegetables :)

i just use my store brand whey protein. its 110 calories and 20 g of protein a scoop

my deficit is about 500. also almond milk is actually very low calorie.. only 30 cal a cup

I'm 20 years old, about 5'4 and started seriously thinking about weight loss at about 150 pounds. im currently at about 141-143 and i would looooove to weigh like 130, ultimately about 120. add me if you have similar goals, im trying to make my friends list people similar so i can check out diaries and stuff :)
