"perfect" calorie/macro menu

I am looking for menu suggestions that hit the 40carb/30protein/30 fat macros in about the 1400 calorie range. I need some variety in my diet but would like a couple go-to meals that hopefully are easy to do and i already know will meet my goals. I'm not opposed to supplementing with a protein shake (I personally have found Premier Nutrition Chocolate to be the least disgusting with the best macros) but I'd love some menus that are actual food too. Goodness knows I got here because I like to eat :)

What is your go to daily menu? Breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or snacks

    bonus points if it includes the recommended daily serving of fruits and veggies :)
  • By no means perfect, but closeish to your goals:

    My breakfasts are usually plain 2% greek yogurt with shredded coconut, flax meal, and some kind of fruit; or onion, red pepper, mushroom, spinach omelettes with 2 whole eggs and some extra liquid egg whites.

    For snacks, I like to make smoothies with mango, passionfruit pulp, and plain kefir, with some raw ginger.

    Lunches and dinners are usually lean chicken, salmon, tuna, or shrimp with a boatload of veggies.

    I love to cook, so try to keep the flavors intense and interesting without tons of added sugar or extra fat (though I get plenty of fat- just nothing totally drenched in it).

    I don't assume yours will work perfectly - Im just looking for some fresh ideas I can modify as needed because I'm getting bored with my own. :)
