Thanks again everyone! I have to remember that this is not instantaneous and that it will take time! The most important things is that there is no more smoking and I am exercising! Both of these are good for me!!

Thank you all very much for the encouragement! I have opened my diary for those who want to see! I would say my sodium intake for the past 2 weeks has been normal, between 1900-2900 mg/day and the max for a 1500 calorie diet is 2400 mg/day. Believe me I know I ate horrible before! I know this!

I have to totally agree with this post! I have been heavy my entire life! My brain switched into "healthy mode" 15 days ago and I will accomplish this! That is my goal! :) I now walk 3 miles a day (started with 2miles!) Started Couch to 5k Sunday! Its now or never time! :)

Two weeks in I have lost 8lbs, I walk 3 miles daily. I will be ecstatic with a 10lb/month weight loss!

I so totally know how you feel! I Weighed on a Wednesday and then again on Saturday and was 7lbs heavier, but I was ending mtotm. but i weighed again after 2 days and was 2lbs lighter than when I started.

I just started Turbo Fire on Monday and I love it so far! I'm at least past two days and that's more than I can say about any other work out I have tried! I do not get bored with the same ole same ole! Plus my 5 year old gets involved too and makes it fun!

Thank you all for your kind words and feedback! I have followed SOME of the advise and restructured my goals. Thanks! I will definately peek in and check in on the forum more often. But just to let you know, I have been fans of some forums (not weight loss) and the bickering really does get old, and that makes me (most)…
