If you need to talk it out I suggest getting on MFP, a lot of times I just needed to be doing something. I never smoked inside, so that was a plus. I checked with our insurance and they said that if I maintain my goal weight for one year (with periodic visits to my dr) that I would qualify to have excess skin removal, as long as I did not have the elective surgery (ie gastric, band, sleeve etc...)

I'm starting Turbo Fire again today! The first time I didn't know what I was getting myself into and quit after the 3rd day! Now I have been walking 3 miles a day for around 3 weeks and feel like I need a boost in my workouts. Hopefully I can stick to it! :) good luck to everyone!
