Healthy Meals and Snacks Over/Under 300kcal

Hi all,
I'm on my third day of MFP and I LOOOVE IT so far! I am posting this thread in hopes that you folks can share some tasty ideas for healthy but portable or pre-packaged snacks or meals in the 300kcal range. I am always running around in the evenings and don't always have time for a proper dinner, so I like to snack a lot but am afraid some of my go-tos are going to get kind of old soon. Also, I'm open to eating less packaged options and I don't mind doing too much prep work, so all suggestions are welcome. I'll share my favorite portable snacks/meals and then hopefully others will post some of their favorites as well!
1. Nature Valley Crunchy Oats n' Honey Granola bar with a Banana (About 300kcal)
2. Weight Watchers Light String Cheese and an Apple (About 100kcal)
3. Starbucks Spinach, Feta, and Egg White Wrap (About 300kcal)
4. Special K Bar (About 100kcal)
5. McCann's Irish Instant Oatmeal (About 200kcal)
Go easy on me - I'm a self-identified n00b who is still too chicken to even put up a real pic of herself yet, haha.
Thanks, all!
